AREA OF OPERATIONS

This picture shows the distances involved with the reception area I am working in.
Generally,  an overhead satellite pass will give me a picture starting at 3,500 km to the south and 2,200 km to the north.
Nearby trees between 295 - 360 degrees reduce my northern reception below 5 degrees to the horizon.

PANORAMIC VIEW FROM ANTENNA LOCATION

Nearby trees between 295 - 360 degrees reduce my northern reception below 5 degrees to the horizon.
Brisbane city located 15 km away at 130 degrees
